We only ask for what we need to quote and perform a service:

• —Your ZIP code and the service address for the appointment
• —Vehicle details such as year, make, and model
• —The service you are interested in and any notes or photos you send

We do not collect or store payment card numbers on this website. Payments are handled by our third-party payment provider at the time of service.

We use your information to respond to your request, prepare a quote, schedule and perform the service, and follow up about your appointment. If you take part in our referral program, we use the names and emails involved to apply the correct credits.

We do not sell your personal information.

We use trusted third-party providers to run the business — for example scheduling and payment processing, and email. These providers only receive the information they need to perform their function, and they handle it under their own privacy terms.

This website does not currently run analytics or advertising trackers. If that changes, this policy will be updated before any tracking is enabled.

Photos you send are used to assess your vehicle and prepare a quote. We will not publish photos of your vehicle or your results publicly without asking you first.

We keep quote requests and service records for as long as needed to run the business and meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations, then delete or archive them.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing hello@forensicfinish.com. California residents may have additional rights under state privacy law; contact us and we will respond.

You can opt out of non-essential emails at any time by replying and telling us to stop.

This website is intended for adults booking services. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

If we update this policy, we will change the effective date at the top of this page.
