These terms apply when you book or receive services from Forensic Finish. Booking an appointment means you accept them.
Forensic Finish provides mobile vehicle detailing, headlight restoration, and interior sanitation services at a location you provide. Services are performed on the exterior and interior surfaces of your vehicle and do not include mechanical repair, bodywork, paint repair, glass repair, or electrical work.
The price shown for your selected service is the price you’ll book. If we find that your vehicle needs work outside the selected service, we’ll explain it first and get your approval before starting any additional work.
Any work beyond the booked service — including additional time, add-ons, or treatments needed due to the vehicle's condition — will be described to you along with the additional cost, and will only be performed with your approval.
You are responsible for providing safe, legal, and reasonable access to the vehicle, including clearance around all sides. Mobile service requires customer-provided access to both a working outdoor water faucet/spigot and a standard grounded electrical outlet within reach of the vehicle; please make sure both are accessible when we arrive.
If we cannot safely or lawfully perform the service at the location provided, or if access is unavailable at the appointment time, we may need to reschedule.
Results depend on the existing condition of the vehicle. Pre-existing damage — including but not limited to failing clear coat, deep scratches, dents, rust, torn or worn upholstery, cracked trim, aftermarket coatings, previous repairs, and damage inside headlight housings — may limit what any detailing service can achieve.
We do not guarantee that any defect will be fully removed, and we do not promise factory-new, perfect, or permanent results. Where we believe a service will not meaningfully improve a condition, we will tell you before booking or before starting the work.
Please remove valuables, personal items, and anything fragile from the vehicle before your appointment. We are not responsible for items left inside.
Payment is due at the time of service unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. Payment is processed by our third-party payment provider. We do not collect, process, or store payment card numbers on this website.
Promotional offers and referral credits are subject to the terms published on the relevant page of this website. Credits have no cash value, are not transferable unless stated, and cannot be combined with other offers unless we confirm otherwise in writing.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to any service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
If you believe our work caused damage, contact us within 48 hours of the service so we can inspect it and respond.
